This is a sturdy item. The grid pattern is smaller than other cooling racks. Warm cookies keep their shape better!

Nordic Ware Is The Standard
I have always wanted a cooling rack. I finally found this Nordic Ware rack this fits inside my half sheet pan. That makes storage easy. It is perfect for elevating pizza to maintain crispness. It is versatile it can hold breaded chicken, cookies. It’s a multi tool. The Nordic Ware, and built to last. It’s worth it

Sheet Pan grate
I bought this to use on my sheet pan to use in my smoker to keep smoker grates clean and free from stuck on fat and meat. Perfect solution for that. BUT take note that the temperature difference from the inside of the pan to the grate it is setting on is lower. So ya need to compensate but I prefer this to setting the protein directly on the grates.

Should’ve read the description better, I assumed it was saying the stainless steel was nonstick. However, there is a nonstick coating on this rack, so I went ahead and returned it.

Generously sized, great air flow, sturdy
Very sturdy and relatively high for air circulation.Baked a bundt cake this afternoon. Not only was this plenty wide (my rectangular racks aren't wide enough for a 12 cup bundt), but when I moved the cake to a platter, there was no sticking. Cleanup was a breeze.Very pleased with this.
