I just received my shipment of Live Conscious and made my first cup of cappuccino with it in it. Dissolves and mixes easily and tastes great. But then I love chocolate, so . . .

I have been using this product for 6 weeks now. I have noticed my nails are growing fast and strong, my skin looks and feels more hydrated, and I am just starting to see perhaps a few less wrinkles. Overall I am very pleased and feel this is a great addition to my daily routine. One note is start slowly. I did get a stomach ache the first day on the full suggested amount so I rolled back and started with a quarter amount and over a week went up to the full amount and that worked great.

This particular collogen works!!! Myself and my husband have been using this exact brand for several years now. I didn’t know what to make out of a product like this but my 82 yr old mom who works out at a gym swears by it. After having used it in hot coffee consistently, I noticed that my finger nails are noticeably stronger so it’s definitely working at some level! I will continue to use it because it’s easy to ingest. This product may also help me with tolerating acid in coffee since it adds protein to the coffee in addition to milk. The collagen peptides may be helping my skin because I see improvement in appearance. Was skeptical but I think that this product helps my health!
