How can the purple bottle be extra strength with big pills each containing 250mg of leaf extract yet the purple box is supposedly extra containing a small tablet each containing 75mg of leaf extract? The directions say take 2 of the small tablets to equal 150mg, but the large tablets say take 2 of the large pills to equal 250mg. The math simply is not mathing! I want to continue with the good results from the larger pills, which is what I thought I was receiving. I thought about maybe trying to take 3 of the smaller tablets to get closer to my usual 250mg dose, but didn't want to experience any stomach cramps or explosive diarrhea. I wish I could return these miniature pills, but there is a no return policy. Lesson learned, buyer beware!

I have tried everything under the sun to regulate. Just like many others laxatives it does bring water by osmosis to your intestines. Start with 1-2 pills and see how it works for you. It also works as fast as within 3 hours or maximum 6 hours. Sometimes it interrupts my sleep. So take them late right before going to bed or plan accordingly. I am not a fan of one of the ingredients. Therefore I only take them occasionally or when I travel so I don’t get clogged up.
