Tasty, High Protein, Healthy, and Convenient
Tasty and convenient—perfect for a quick meal. I love that they’re healthy, made with clean ingredients and provides 16g of protein, and lower in sodium than most products in convenient cups. They’re definitely worth the price for how easy and satisfying they are.

Tasty and nutritious fast fix
Tasty and met my dietary needs of GF. I am glad to find a quick fix food for my busy work day that is nutritious and flavorful. I am also happy to find some of these do not include tomato as I am allergic to tomatoes, (also allergy to corn and mushrooms). Thank you for creating this product!

Yummy
These are good. Not too spicy (I often have to add beans or rice to dilute Indian food and keep it from hurting me, but these are nice and mild, so I can eat them without adding anything). They give you a nice amount that's about right for a snack or part of a meal (about 2 cups worth). I add a bit more water to mine than they suggest and I do it in the microwave (just heat the water for a minute then let it sit the 7 minutes they suggest). It works really well. This is very lightly salted, which I like. It's much better to add salt if you need more than try to dilute it.Quinoa Lentil: yummy. Mostly tastes like mashed potatoes but you get nice bits of lentils, carrots, and such. I can't really taste the cilantro and that's a good thing. There was one thing in there that tasted really bitter, but there was only like 2 pieces (maybe the cilantro?).Millet and Lentil: This one was a bit beanie tasting, but the kitchari flavor was predominant (not sure how to describe it). I couldn't really place the flavor of the millet but I liked it. I've heard millet is bitter, but this wasn't. There was a leaf of something (cilantro?) in here that was bitter so I didn't eat that part.Masala Rice and Lentil: Tastes a bit like split pea soup (with peas and potatoes), but with an Indian twist.Mung Beans and Rice: Has that distinctive kitchari taste, plus a little subtle potato and green bean flavors. Bits of carrots too. The mung beans aren't sprouted as I expected, they really are just the bean part. I didn't notice much of a flavor, but overall it was a nice meal.

Delicious!
I've tried the Ginger Garlic flavor so far and it was so delicious. Perfectly spiced and easy to make in just 5 minutes! It is a great lunch option for busy days at the office. I love that it is vegetarian and has 16 grams of plant based protein too.

Not my cuppa
Seems good quality ingredients, but poor taste. Any ideas? Perhaps use milk instead of water + apple juice?

Stale taste
I bought this to eat for lunch for the ski season. It's a good concept, just use hot water to make a bowlful of indian flavored dish. I bought these as I was tired of the noodle bowls. I bought the 4 variety pack, have tried 2 of the flavors so far (Millet and Lentil, Mung beans and rice) and both had a strong stale taste (taste that u get when flour/nuts go very stale), all I could taste was the stale taste, couldn't get a taste of the beans or lentils, I couldn't finish them. It was close to $4 per bowl which is totally not worth it
