High quality and easy to use
These are great cloth diapers. I read some reviews on people being confused about the buttons. Please just watch a video on it or maybe I’ll upload a video for you guys because there’s nothing wrong with the buttons. You just have to know how it works. These are really good quality. I love that they are organic cotton. And at night time I just put a cloth diaper cover over it to prevent any nighttime leaks since we sleep for a long period at night and it works well if you’re not used to cloth diapers and you’re switching from regular store button chemical diapers then you should understand That it’s not going to be very relevant to those types of diapers but it’s a lot healthier for your baby to use these kinds and it’s a lot cheaper for you.

Most affordable fitted diaper
When I decided to cloth diaper I had chosen to go with one size pocket diapers and use disposables to bridge the gap between birth and when the pocket diapers would fit, but then I gave birth to a preemie. The time my baby would be in disposables ended up being much longer than I had planned for. Environmental guilt and issues with availability and purchase limits on disposable diapers forced me to look for a short term cloth option.I decided to use fitted diapers mostly because of how affordable these diapers are. The other options in cloth fitted diapers are WAY more expensive and affordability paired with ease of teaching others how to use a two part diaper system made it worthwhile for me to try this out.I started using these when my preemie hit 7 pounds, but I probably could have started using them at 5.5 pounds. They're absorbent enough to easily last between feedings which is 3-4 hours. I've never had poop escape and urine wicks throughout the cotton so it takes a while to overload the diaper's total absorbancy. Due to that wicking I would recommend waiting until the umbilical cord falls off to use these. My baby is nearly 10 pounds now and I'm not sure if they'll fit all the way up to 18 pounds, but I'm confident that when they become too small the one size pocket diapers that I already have will fit.As for the laundry experience I do a pre-wash spray down with cold water, spot treat poop stains, then run them through a 120f regular wash cycle, and dry them for 70 minutes on high heat. I found that they would not get completely dry on low heat and they needed a longer dry cycle on high. Costco brand fragrance free liquid detergent and color safe bleach have kept the diapers clean and absorbent. I recently doubled the number I had on hand and I can't tell which diapers are newer. They're holding up very well and I expect to be able to use them with a second child.I haven't had issues with any of the different brands of covers I bought to use with these, but for function I liked the Thirsties hook and loop duo wrap the best.

Odd design choice
The snappies are placed in a weird configuration. It isn't the most intuitive and I don't see the advantage. I think these would be great for a newborn. My baby was 10 lbs when I started using them so he was on the upper end, so I wish I had tried them out sooner.

Excellent, affordable fitted diaper
I ordered a pack of the size 2 to try on both of my boys who are 3yrs/33lbs and 4mos/16lbs. My first impression was that they looked really big but being cotton they shrunk up in the wash. I only washed them once before trying them out and I was very impressed. I got an excellent fit on both boys! I wasn't sure how these would work since they don't have rise snaps but the material folds over itself to make its own rise. It starts small but it stretches nicely to accommodate the different rises and lengths. I definitely think the size 2's would fit on a smaller baby, maybe even down to 12lbs, although they would be a bit bulky. To address some of the other reviews: I washed these with bleached flats and didn't get an discoloration. The cotton is not scratchy at all; it is very soft and plush. And the snaps are fantastic. Some of the pics had me wondering what people were doing. The snaps do have a bit of an odd configuration but I just kind of felt my way into a good fit and snapped it on and they worked great! I didn't have any leaks; these soak up pee perfectly all the way to the back, and hold in breastmilk poop great. I don't think they have an extremely high absorbency but definitely good enough for a few hours and you can always add in a cotton doubler to increase the time on these. All in all this an excellent, affordable fitted diaper.

Leaked through
The leakage was horrible. I used it for once with a liner and had to change my baby right after. She peed through the diaper and through her clothes. It’s as if she was wearing nothing.

Pretty ok!
I think these are ok. I’m glad they are in my stash but they are not my favorite because of their bulk. The design is bulky in my opinion because there are three layers on the front when you have it all snapped. Especially on a smaller baby. It’s a thick bulky material which I could overlook if it didn’t end up having three layers in the front where the snaps are. I would suggest a thinner material where the snaps are. But they do absorb well and contain poop well. So I like them. Because they work. But I don’t like them because they are bulky on my two month old baby. Maybe I will like them better when she is bigger. They are much better than prefolds! Thanks.

In case you're worried about the snaps...
The media could not be loaded. I left a video review to explain how the snaps work. This is the 2nd brand of cloth diaper AI2 "inners" that I've tried for my son, and I do like them better than the more expensive Esembly brand. My son is way too young for potty training but I've found that he seems to notice when these are wet, when he doesn't seem to notice when his disposables are wet. He only seems a little uncomfortable, he doesn't cry when he's wet but just grumbles. If your little one is prone to diaper rash, these would be great because then they can "notify" you they need a new diaper. Also if you're approaching potty training age, I think it would help little ones pay more attention to their body if they have an easier time knowing when they're wet.
