Hogue J Frame Round Butt Bantam Coco Bolo

Same great full grip as the rubber Bantam grips, but in a fancy hardwood. These have a bit more girth than other boot grips and feel better in my XL hands. They also cover more of the trigger guard so you don't bash your knuckle.As for the wood, ordering from Amazon can be hit/miss because you can't see the exact grips when you order. I got lucky and the figure and grain is absolutely exquisite.

Beautiful to look at, but simply too full to work with speedloaders on my J frame. Had to put them on a belt sander to get them to work. For the price, I would assume that the manufacturer would have made sure that these things work properly.

I was nervous when the only other review for similar grips mentioned a poor fit and a return. These arrived today and are a great fit. I expected them to be a little darker (maybe more coco) but they are very nice. Great finish, great fit and feel, and no more grippy rubber in the pocket or grabbing skin under my shirt when I carry concealed. Being able to see them before purchase would have allowed me to choose a different color to the wood as I am sure they vary. I am satisfied and will keep them.

These grips look great, fit perfect, and they don't rub the skin raw like factory rubber grips. Plus they were shipped quick. Can't ask for more than that. Well, maybe a lower price....

Does not fit Model 637 or MP360.Guess I will give them to a friend.Does anyone know what wood grips will fit the 637 or MP360?

Great grips, a nice move up from the rubber ones that came with the gun. The actual color was different from the photo... very red. It was an attractive color but I felt that the red look wasn't adequately manly... hahaha... so I steel wool sanded off the wax and am darkening the color, etc. I'll likely end up one notch from ebony.

I really like these grips...I don't have big hands, so they fit nicely.

They should work with speedloaders, but they don't. So what's the point?

Perfect fit, very easy to install and the finished product really makes the old "J" frame look custom. The Palm swell of the grips fills my hand far better that the stock grips and the natural wax finish makes for enhanced purchase while shooting.

Nice Cocobolo wood grain; fits my S&W 442 perfectly. Ambi Palm swell. The was a minor imperfection and Amazon gave me a 20% discount. Head and shoulders above the stock grips.

Really dig these grips. WAY better than factory grips. Mine are a little more orange than the picture shown, but I think they're great.

Extremely easy install and the fit and finish were perfect.
