This is NOT the super pop up pirate. I have that one at school and it's much bigger and the pirate pops up like 3 feet in the air. The kids love it. This is lame by comparison

Its about 10 inches tall and 6 inches wide, have no issues with the game play, good durable plastic

It says twist to randomize so those saying that it comes up in the same place each time, you may want to twist it after inserting pirate. That way you have some variety in your game.
