Q: Does push mode have footrest mode for toddlers who can’t paddle yet?

I put this together for my 2 year old granddaughter 6 months ago. She lives an hour away, however, I do not recall there being any type of foot rest. I also don't recall it being a problem even though she did not yet know how to peddle. She simply kept her feet on the peddles as someone pushed her and the rotation of the wheel to which the peddles were attached provided a sense of what she eventually learned to do on her own.
