Love this stuff. Gets my hair sleek when flat ironing or curling it. I’ve used in damp and already dry hair. Smells great! Fresh. My only negative is it should come with a safety tag to cover your bathroom floor when you use it! It has this thin slippery coating that caused me to fall, hard in my bathroom the first time I used it. I only spray it in a carpeted room now and then go back to my bathroom to use it. Even when I mopped after it took weeks for my floor to not feel coated. This is no joke. Another time I hyperextended my groin bc I took a step and my leg slid so fast from under me and I almost did a full split.

I’ve been told I have a great sense of smell and I’m not one of those sensitive people who can’t tolerate perfumes because they get headaches. In fact I love all scents and fragrances but this… this product smells AWFUL! it’s so strong and pungent and lasts all day. I can smell it when I’m driving, even more when I’m working out. I can’t describe the scent but it smells like a homeless man tried putting on dry shampoo. I wanted to pinpoint where this foul odor could be coming from and here’s the list.1. Parfum/Fragrance: (Possible culprit)• This is a general term for added fragrance, which gives the product its primary scent. Which can literally be anything, it could potentially be the secret sauce as to why it smells AWFUL!!2. Camelina Sativa Seed Oil:• May have a mild, nutty scent, but it is typically faint and not overpowering. No complaints there.3. Hexyl Cinnamal:• A synthetic fragrance ingredient that smells like jasmine. I love jasmine…4. Linalool:• A naturally occurring compound in essential oils, with a floral or lavender-like scent. Very nice. No complaints.5. Benzyl Salicylate:• Often used in fragrances and has a mild, sweet, floral scent. Again, no complaints.6. Coumarin:• Has a warm, sweet, vanilla-like smell. This might smell cheap asf but not enough to make me hate it.7. Benzyl Alcohol:• Can have a faintly sweet or fruity scent, though it is subtle. No complaints.I’m all for warm, Jasmine, lavender, fruity, floral but that’s not what you get with this. It’s like a rotten seed took a dump and sprayed it with air freshener to hope for the best. This is not the scent you wanna wear all day to slay. How could you spend so much money on all your luxury perfumes and then choose to wear this? No thank you!Aside from smell, it’s the silicones in it that make your hair feel soft and shiny so do lay a towel on the floor when you spray per section or someone is going to slip as the floors collect all the mist. You might wanna tell grandma to wear her life alert for lubing up the floor.Stick to low heat, k18 mask, and argon oil.

With this product I have protected my hair for two years, I don't have to add shine because this leaves it as is.
