So having never had any modeling tools I was looking for a set of tools to help me get started. This kit brings all the basic tools for what is needed for makings Gunpla and other kits. For the price you pay everything in here is actually pretty good quality, the nippers cut through the plastic well, the files help taking down nubs, the X-acto style knife is great for when you need something sharper. The two different tweezers (a straight and curved) are both very good at helping apply those small stickers on your kits. It even comes with a parts separator and scissors which might not always be needed but its definitely nice to have them.In fact, the only knock on this product as a whole isn't even an issue with the product but the fact that the clear plastic case it all came in was damaged in transit by the time I got it. While you can get model took kits with more tools, better quality and such for the price you pay for this set you'll be good for a few projects.

So it was my first ever gundam build so I saw this kit and picked it up it really did help giving the things I needed. The cutter was smooth and quick getting the pieces out of the runner. The sander helped get the nubs off and make the parts smooth overall a really really good starter kit.

I just started doing models, and I had a clipper from before that I lost. I decided to splurge on this, mainly because I get more for my money. And I'm glad I did. I didn't know I would be able to use emery boards and files, but they make my models look better. Plus, having 2 different tweezers is great for those tiny pieces.If you are looking into starting to build models, this kit is a great place to start.I have one small note: the slippers seemed to have some sort of dust on them when they arrives. I don't know if this was from the manufacturing process or if the clippers were removed and used, somehow. They are sharp still, so I don't see it as a problem, just something to note.

Value for the money is good! All this stuff for a good price. Got this for my son because he likes building StarWars models and needed everything in here! Great beginner set!

For a pretty inexpensive kit, the products and supplies are well made and useful for models and miniatures. I would recommend this as a starting point and add your own pieces, like a pin drill, more exacto knives, super glues, etc.....

Gotta say these tools work amazing on my gundamn models and metal earth models clean cuts perfect for tight snips and it grinds the area to a smooth finish
