The monitor is great. I have this one wall mounted opposite an exercise bike in a spare bedroom and I can use the wifi in the house to get a good signal for watching cable TV using an app on the TV or Netflix as I have a subscription. I also can watch Disney + on it if I choose. It takes a little time to set up and make sure it returns to the previous station when started. The apps can take time to load, but there are buttons on the remote for certain streaming services like Netflix. I signed in once when I set up the monitor, and on start up now I need only press the Netflix button on the remote and can quickly bring up programs to watch from my list.I have 2 Samsung smart monitors. The other I use in kitchen on the countertop.AVOID using the Samsung channel as it is a pain to get rid of again. The remote doesn't have any numbers to put a specific channel in. So I have to use the guide for the app, as I have Charter Sprectrum for my cable provider. The Charter App takes some time to load on the monitor as it checks the subscription each time. A pain. I like streaming programs from my cable channels or from Netflix.The remote volume control is also the mute button. Pushing it straight down mutes the sound. Toggling it up or down changes the volume level.

I absolutely love this TV. It's amazing the tecnology and computing capability built into the design for this price. It's super thin and so cool. Totallt changes the ambience of my room. It's the latest technology and zero lag when you click the remote like most TVs! Incredibly sharpy and bright picture. Easy to set up and connect. Super user friendly. I love it thank you!! Keep making products like this Samsung!!

5-5 easy setup and it can be arm / wall mounted. Comes with 2 usb and hdmi ports (hdmi cable included). The remote could have used a fast forward / pause / stop rewind buttons but it's not the end of the world.Pro tip, external lights / xbox plugged into the display automatically turn on with the screen. (for the lights its a nice touch).I'm using it as an extended display with my 2019 mac air - so the image quality isn't the best. HOWEVER, the native apps (Crunchyroll / Netflix) look perfect for someone who's not drilling down into image quality. I almost forgot, but this thing gets LOUD - you can set up a dedicated soundbar / speakers for a more immersive sound quality but it's not a deal breaker.

Put this on a stand as sort of a portable tv station. I like the matte finish, the white perimeter, and the remote is acceptable (though feels a bit cheap). The quality of the image is not great (I’m not a tv/monitor expert). But for our use it’s acceptable and we like the setup.

I bought a used unit but the prior user took great care and repacked it well. They did forget to factory reset the monitor but it was an easy fix. I know it’s a generation behind but still works well. It takes a few seconds to start an app I don’t mind it. I think it has chromecast and airplay support. Hard drive space is only 2gb but the apps are optimized for tizen OS so they take about 10-15mb . I should’ve waited for the 4k variant but this is good enough.

Monitor firmware became corrupted after 10 monitors of ordering it brand new. Flickering and colour distortions until it completely broke down. No amount of reset or update helps, it's basically dead. Recently saw on Amazon that this is a "frequently returned product", I had not seen this initially before buying.

Bought this as a monitor for work and its amazing for it's price point. I love that I can use it for both work and entertainment. Has a built in speaker too which I love for meetings. No mic of course, but I installed a camera with one. Set up took 10 minutes and connects seamlessly with my Samsung products.
