I received this product in bad condition , on the other hand parts of products was missing .As shown in booklet ( 20, 21 ) was missing without that how would i use this machine .I guess i received someones returned product because it was looking like used and returned product . This product is really good to use, its Light weight. In terms of design it comes with a long power cord, making it easy to use for long time without changing plug points frequently. It Quickly steams up, without wasting time. Absolutely superb cleaning of windows, sofas, pillows, gas stoves & for dirt stuck in tiles grooves & any corners. Effective solution to loosen up dirt and grime built up over time, no soap required, making it easy to clean it up. Safety valve protects me from hot water.

This is a useless product.The iron attachment is a waste. It continuesly sprinkle water along with steam which wets your clothes and doesn't even iron properly. You can see the wrinkles all over.You need to continuesly press button to generate steam. So suppose you are cleaning a window and it is 15 mins process means to you are pressing that button for 15 mins which hurts your hand so badly.The fabric cleaner doesn't remove stains easily, it takes a lot of time and efforts.I will not recommend this product at all. I have wasted my money.
