I use this item the most in my kitchen for meal prep! It's a game changer!
I really love this chopper! I am not good with food prep. Yes, I need to slice things to fit into the chopper, but then WOW - chopped into the right sized pieces! I use this weekly for salad prep and soup prep - both of which I do a lot of. Like every single week.I use the bigger blade - celery, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, mini cucumbers, sliced beets, boiled eggsI use the smaller blade - onion, shallotsI meal prep a salad for the work week - this saves me so much time.I make soups in the slow cooker routinely - this saves me so much time.I love that the ingredients are all similarly sized.Love that it all can go in the dishwasher. Love the little gizmo to clean out the chopper part. BE AWARE that the blades are incredibly sharp and I have the wounds to show it - from my 1st use. Do NOT use your finger to poke the food through the blades! Always use the gizmo!I buy onions in a 5 lb bag from my warehouse store - chop and freeze and I am good to go for weeks on end. Love it!Loved the idea of the spiralizer but this is not for the current version of me - I got rid of those attachments, so do not buy if it's not your thing.

suitable for light commercial use
this is the 4th one of these I have bought for use in a commercial kitchen as a cheap alternative to something heavy duty. it's not perfect, but I am pretty used to using it . there's a few gripes I have with it, but nothing game breaking: the storage basin is dinky, and the unit doesn't lock to the basin. the surface area isn't huge and a lot of your produce needs to be preprepped into workable pieces before use. also it takes a bit of downward force to get through thick produce. my wife doesn't like it. I think it's fine, and once you get your rhythm and muscle memory, you can quickly mulch through mountains of produce in record time. the gadgets that come with it are a little gimmicky, but they technically do work as advertised. they usually last a year before I crack it in half, but I can reuse the parts.

Like it but wish it chopped smaller
I bought this last Nov after buying it previously as a gift. The gifted loves it, so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m just reviewing it now because I admittedly kind of hated it the first couple times I used it, so it went in the cabinet for months. Once you figure out how to position your onions on the chopping blades, it works great! Saves time, eyes, and stinky hands. However, I wish it had smaller sized blades. The onion bits are too big, so I end up scooping the pieces back onto the blade and chopping again. This does work great for bell peppers to go in omelettes.

Heavy duty well built chopper
This is a heavy duty well built chopper. I had 3 other brands. This is by far the best. I grow a garden and can a lot of Salsa, Spaghetti sauce, pickle relish ect. This works perfect different size chopping blades. I've chopped celery potatoes peppers onions tomatoes all cut like butter. I highly recommend this chopped. Cleaned easily I washed it by hand. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Best chopper hands down. Heavy duty well made. I have arthritis and it was easy for me to use.

Fast and easy-- you will love it!
Well, I really do love this chopper. For such a long time I smirked when I saw these veg choppers..."Who needs that? Don't you have paring knives??" I do have great knives and know how to use them. But then one of my close friends highly recommended this silly veg chopper to me, and against my best thoughts, I ordered it😲 There is a slight learning curve, but nothing to deter one. After having it for one week, now I must admit that I wonder why in the world I didn't get one 10 years ago???😬 The videos show people chopping quantities for a week of meal prep, but I am telling you that this thing IS worth using to make just one individual salad!! Yes!!! I actually did that. It's QUICK! Easy. Cleans up fast and easy too-- rinse and clean under running water or put in top rack dishwasher!! Do remember to clean the sharp blades well; you will need to use the little brush that comes with it.

Game-Changer for Quick, Easy Meal Prep
We love cooking and don't mind chopping veggies, but the Fullstar Vegetable Chopper and Spiralizer has made prepping meals so much faster and easier. Whether we're tossing together an omelet or prepping for soup, this tool is incredibly convenient. For best results, we recommend cutting vegetables into smaller chunks—larger pieces can be harder to push through. Just a heads-up: the blades are super sharp, so handle with care when chopping or cleaning. Probably not the best tool for little helpers in the kitchen, but a fantastic addition for home cooks!

How did I live without this for so long?
It is amazing. When I want to make salad, etc. I use this chopper for onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, beets, etc. It is quick, easy, and convenient to clean. Just be VERY careful not to touch the cutting edge (top) portion of the dicer, it will cut our skin in a jiffy. They are SHARP edges.

Works, but tedious to clean
This chopper works well for cutting veggies. You have to use a lot of force when chopping, but it does slice and dice quickly.I am giving it a 3 star rating because I don’t find myself using it. The parts are a hassle to clean and for me, I would rather take longer chopping with a knife than washing a sharp object by hand. Food gets stuck in each little square of the chopper and if it is a stickier food I have to run a straw cleaner through each square to make sure it gets clean. The attachments are VERY sharp! So be careful! I have cut myself twice while trying to wash them!I don’t use this when I need to chop up one onion or a pepper for dinner, but if I know that I will need to chop up a lot of produce for a meal, I may take it out. It definitely cuts down on the amount of time that chopping takes. It is easy to assemble and the set up is quick. I also like that everything goes right into the clear plastic container, so there isn’t a big mess.If you are someone who isn’t confident in your knife skills, makes meals with a ton of produce chopping required, or wants to save time on the chopping end of things, this product would be a great fit for you!
