General - This is a light weight and portable massager with flexibility of using in lower and upper limbs. Its a very good alternative to the fixed and bulky foot massagers available. This is also safer, as it uses air pressure applied through pads, rather than hard elements squeezing the limbs. We are also familiar with this technology, since BP monitors have been using it for a long time - this appliance extends the same technology to an innovative use case.Quality - the pads are wide and thick, but need to be careful with the air lines which should not get tangled or pulled. Packaging is appropriate, and the box can be used for storageExperience - We have used the device for arms and legs - and the feeling during massage and after effect is excellent. We found that the pads have to be left sufficiently loose fitted to start - as the pressure build up is quite a bit. In fact, we are unable to go beyond the lowest level - green - and that is sufficient for a very relaxing massage. But that will depend on individual comfort levels.Overall - Excellent initial VFM - with function as promised. Durability will only come with time.

The product was useless and they refused return. So never shop here

Worked fine for 3 years and was used occasionally. Now it has stopped working. When contacted customer care I was informed that the product is non-serviciable, hence the value of the product is only till the warranty period and thereafter it has to be thrown if it stops working.

Very good product. It helped my grand mother who is 97 years old. Very handy, easy to you. I just want if manufacturer could add one more level in it. I am very satirfied . Thanks.

The product quality seems to be very good. The fabric quality is quite decent. The controller is also very robust and ergonomically designed . The product is very easy to use and handle and I was really impressed with its working. It does provide instant relief from pain and the good thing is that the pressure can be regulated as per one's need. So far so good. Durability and reliability of the product would only be known only after few months of operation.
