We faced major issues with this Lifelong Massager, so I’d like to share our experience for others to consider before buying:1.Extremely Sensitive Motherboard: The motherboard is highly susceptible to even minor voltage fluctuations, which can cause it to short-circuit. Once that happens, the device becomes completely non-functional and essentially turns into scrap.2.No Inbuilt Protection: The product lacks any form of built-in stabilizer to safeguard against voltage fluctuations—something that is beyond the user's control.3.Costly Inspection Process: If the device stops working, Lifelong sends a third-party technician just to diagnose the issue. This alone costs INR 650, regardless of whether any repair is done.4.Spare Parts are Extra Hassle: You’ll need to follow up with Lifelong directly to inquire about spare parts, which are charged separately and can be quite expensive.5.Confusing Warranty Information: The customer care team provides inconsistent information about the warranty on spare parts—some claim it's one year, others say only three months.6.Poor Customer Support: Despite promises to respond to emails within 24 hours, we’ve never received a reply when asking for clarity on the spare parts warranty.In conclusion, think carefully before spending your money on this product. Based on our experience, it's not worth the risk or the additional costs and inconvenience that come with it.

Overall it's good but Calf massage is not satisfactory. Can u please arrange any technician for demo of the product. Please Confirm. Thanks

There is nothing to dislike, infact I am very much relieved to have my Life long massager as this helps me to have my massage on my own without begging others(Family members ofcourse). Work for your family but still be an independent Lady taking care of yourself too.
