I bought this card because people said it runs cooler than other CF Express cards and doesn't overheat. Unfortunately it still got hot while shooting N-Log 4k/24 in my Nikon Z8.

I live in the desert. It’s hot hot in the summer and surprisingly cold in the winter. Since I bought a camera that only used XQD, (2017) I’ve only used Sony cards. Then, in 2023 I bought another camera that uses XQD and CFEXpress cards. (I didnt buy this card at Amazon but my local camera shop) I have put the camera and memory cards through the paces. I find, I want to reach for this card first. It’s fast, I’ve used it in a blizzard as well as 120 desert scorchers. The Sonys have never failed me and neither has this Delkin. Also, it has a serial number, if you register it and it fails, Delkin will send you a brand new one within 48 hours of failure. As a pro this gives me the warm happiest a company stands by their products like that. Just flawless.
