This is a great product. I love that hot water is instant and it offers different temperatures and quantity. Another good feature is you can stop it if you don’t want the full 8 or 16 oz. I’ve been using this daily for 7 months. Then I noticed water puddle beneath the machine. I could not find where it was leaking from. In reviewing the descriptions of this item, I saw that if we’re having problems, believe up to a year, I could contact “customer service”. However I could not find how to contact customer service. If customer service can remedy my situation, I’d be more than happy to give it 5 stars.

My life is much more convenient because of the Northmas electric kettle's extremely effective rapid heating feature, which allows me to always have hot water. There are five temperature adjustment options to suit various needs. Making coffee in the morning doesn't require you to wait for the water to boil. You don't have to worry about pouring too much or too little water because the four water volume selection options are also extremely thoughtful. The design of the 3L large-capacity water tank is highly useful. It is very easy to clean because the water tank is detachable and it can be used for a long period with just one fill. The color blue is sleek and sophisticated, and it looks quite expensive.

i am neurodivergent and disabled, so while i love tea and mushroom powder drinks, the mundane process of making hot water can sometimes feel like a major hurdle and it will actually prevent me from making what i want maybe 6 out of 10 times. it’s ridiculous but it’s real.knowing that my cup will now always be perfectly full and perfectly warm is a huge relief, and it’s aesthetically pleasing which is a major bonus.it’s very fast, maybe faster than advertised but i’m not timing it. there’s a nice light that shines down on your cup which is awesome too. my partner is thrilled about the new ease of making a cup noodle.
