Excellent Floor Cleaner – Worth the Premium Price!This is by far the best floor cleaner I’ve used. It picks up all the dirt effortlessly and cleans my porcelain tiles thoroughly without leaving any smears—unlike all my previous cleaners. It’s definitely worth the premium price. An added bonus is that it cleans and dries itself after use, making it ready for the next job. Highly recommended!

My floors have never been cleaner. Easy to use. Gives audible instructions throughout use to optimise best performance. Pulls forward, rather than having to push. Very easy to manoeuvre and drops to horizontal to clean under furniture. Neat, pretty machine. Happy with my purchase.

Why did you choose this product over others?:My old Shark Hydrovac wrapped it's hand in within a few months of buying it. Luckily we were able to get out money back and bought this. Never heard of this brand but the wife loooooves it. More than the Bissel and the shark. It's so easy to use and cleans itself well and doesn't leave streaky marks. She was sold. Bit more expensive than the last one but it definately is a much better product

This is a very handy hoover/mop to have if you have pets to clean daily however, the suction mode is not the greatest if you have little bits left on the floor that is stuck on the floor it does not pick them up straight away you have to hold the machine on and go back and forth a few times before it actually collects/cleans the area. It definitely has been handy to quickly clean for sure. Its design is good and does move around on its own and does stretch all the way down too. It’s best to use on flat surfaces and it’s not that light to lift and do stairs with, it can become a struggle. I would say overall I am satisfied however, I don’t know if it is as good as advertised.Please do bear in mind I have only used this a handful of times so I’m only getting use to it at the moment.

good performance, do the job. can clean pasta, rice on the ground. For dust, it is not 100% but already as good as human mop.

Device purchased: Tineco Floor One Stretch S6 Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner.Date of purchase: End of August 2024 via Amazon UK store.Feedback: At first this device seemed to work well but it deteriorated quite suddenly, given the price, it is definitely not worth buying. You should hire an actual cleaner instead. Detailed comments as follows:1. Dirt is not being removed properly from the floors. Simple dirt such as light stains have to be strenuously rolled over a couple of times by the machine in order to have some effect. Suction features are also very poor. Just today a light stain was not being removed by the machine and when I had used a cloth to manually remove the dirt it came off really quickly. This suggests that there may be some issues with the machine in of in itself.2. The dirty water tank is troublesome and keeps falling out. This is quite an issue because onetime the tank just fell out during using the mop itself causing a spillage of water and dirt.3. Despite the price, this mop is not anti-bacterial, it just states to cleans surfaces, this is also appalling to learn.4. Short battery life - the machine dies mid-usage i.e. after half an hour of using it.5. The 'stretch' vertical feature is basically dormant. Trying to clean under the couch is basically impossible because the machine either turns off by reason of just turning off or because the 'dirty water tank is full' which by the way is not (as the tank would usually be 25% full - it would just be that the water slides to the sensors presumably that triggers the warning).Given the above, it is definitely not worth the money, to have spent £400+, the quality of the mop is appalling and by far the worst thing I have bought of this price range ever. It causes more issues than it intends on resolving. Hiring an actual cleaner is far better than this mop. Do not buy.

I cannot fault tineco for their great customer service.I had a faulty machine not this model the stretch but another one.Very prompt service.As for the stretch so far can't fault it not had it very long, but thus far very pleased with it.Battery life is very good. Build quality very sturdy. Ease of use no problems works well. Easy to clean with the self clean and dry function no more smelly rollers. Value for money yes as I go a good discount from amazon.

A bit expensive but if you have large tiled floors this is definitely a cleaner to consider. It has made light work of our floors. It’s quite, has good battery life, ease of use, has good suction and power and easy enough to clean when you have finished. The tanks are large enough to cope with around 50 meters of hard flooring before needing a change.
