I love this treadmill, it's hard to find a nice-looking white one with a higher weight capacity, but this one is PERFECT.There are several models to choose from, but the one I selected does not have a handle. It comes with a remote to control the treadmill and works great. My favorite feature is the step count, most similar treadmills don't include this feature, this feature allows me to work and walk without having to worry about keeping track of steps with my apple watch, the treadmill does it for me!The wheels on the treadmill make it easy to maneuver around the room and it's light enough to move easily.Customer service is easy to work with and super quick to respond.I'm super happy with this treadmill, definitely recommend it!

I read a lot of descriptions, details and reviews about different walking pads before opting for this one. So far, it's turned out to be worth the effort. I like the dimensions of the walking area and the stability and quietness of its operation. I have it tucked behind my sofa so I can walk while watching TV or prop a book on the sofa back ( still working on that ).I had an initial question and contacted after-service for a clarification. They responded immediately with an explanation and clear directions. Unusual in this day and age, and greatly appreciated.Everything so far has been simple, direct and exactly what I was looking for.

I really enjoy this treadmill a lot! It only goes up to 4 mph, but it is a really solid treadmill and is crazy quiet. It is great for walking. I am really surprised at how quiet it is as well. I live in an apartment and I have been using it for months and have gotten no complaints at all. It has wheels on the front which also helps with moving it and storage. The first treadmill that I had received was having issues with the motor overheating. I reached out to the after-sales service and they were super helpful with their insight as to what was causing it and sent me a replacement! The motor isn't overheating at all for the replacement (I check every time) and it's running great. I can't say enough how thankful I am for how they quickly solved my issue.If you are looking for a faster treadmill for running, I wouldn't recommend this treadmill as it only goes up to 4 mph. If you're looking for something just for walking then this is perfect for you.

My treadmill came sooner than expected, but the box was horribly damaged on arrival. Unsurprisingly the treadmill was also quite damaged with many cracks in the plastic, and parts of the screen where dead when turned on so you can't see the full numbers. Customer service was fast to respond and has agreed to refund me without having me try to ship this back which is great because I wouldn't know how. The treadmill did turn on, seems very quiet, but I didn't try walking on it, so I can't speak to how loud that is. It had a slow start up and stop, so nothing abrupt. There are several loud beeps when it's started, but I saw a review noting you could turn them off. Despite all the damage, it's a pretty machine and easy to tip up and wheel across a room. I'm just really disappointed that I'm left with no treadmill.

I am plus size and used this treadmill to get some exercise in at home on the days I didn't want to go to the gym it worked well without any concern and was sturdy and compact. I later had to move and gave this to my other plus size friend and they also have had no problems. we both way in the (200-300) range.

This worked for two days and then an Error message E13 appeared and now it does not work. Very disappointed and it is difficult contacting the seller.

This treadmill was easy to setup and start. It is a bit larger and heftier while also still keeping a low profile. It's a comfortable length and width for walking. Just ensure you have enough room if you plan to have this under a working desk as the treadmill front/screen takes up about 8 inches, so sometimes my feet hit the front when I need to "scoot up" to type on my keyboard. Great for work from home. If you have noise cancelling features enabled for calls, the treadmill is not audible. The treadmill comes with a 6 month warranty. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions and address issues.
