These little capsules are very convenient because the perfect amount of oil is measured out for me (I have long hair) and they’re great for travel because you can just put a few in a plastic bag or small container. My hair is think and frizzy from highlights and this leave in conditioner makes it soft without looking greasy. My only problem is the capsules are a bit difficult to open, especially if your hands are wet from your hair. I bought little scissors that are just for these capsules. If you have dry hair you’ll most likely be happy with these capsules!

I used this on my hair twice a week for 3 months and my hair doesn't look any shinier or healthier than before. I would return it if I could.

These hair capsules have been a lot more helpful than i initially thought. It’s so easy to pop a couple in compared to putting multiple oils in my hair, plus theres no mess. I actually really like these, but i dislike that my hair takes about 3 since its so long :(

The hair vitamins smell okay, but the smell will dissipate if you don’t like it. You’ll also have to keep a pair of scissors nearby because they don’t open easily like your skin care capsules. I find this a bit inconvenient. Also, if you have long hair, you’ll need to use 2-3 capsules so keep that in mind if you plan on rationing out the use of these. Not a huge difference in my hair, slightly noticeable with some use. They’re okay.

My hair has gotten coarse feeling and looking over the years. I have medium length, medium thickness hair, and 1 capsule provides the perfect amount of product. I apply it after shampooing, conditioning and towel drying. I apply it and comb it through with my fingers, then proceed to blow drying. My hair comes out shiny, smooth and much softer feeling. No greasy look which I have experienced with other products.Love these! And they are great for travel, too. I do need a pair of scissors or a nail clipper to snip open the capsules; perhaps other people could just use their fingers to open them .
