I had high hopes for this as my son was saying how it is different from other probiotics because it was produced in an air-less environment, so I decided to try it. Since starting this a week ago, I have had horrible insomnia. I already had issues falling asleep, but last night, if I got a total of 3 hours (broken up into 15 minutes segments), I'd be surprised. Taking this is the only thing that has changed, so it must be the cause. I started reading up on it, and yes, insomnia can be a side effect.

Started Pendum glp 30 days ago. I have lost 10;#’s.. what it seems to do for me is quiet all the ”food noise”II eat a regular meal, but do not have cravings to eat between meals or while cooking a meal. I never could understand how someone could eat just one cookie. Now I’m one of those people who can eat just one cookie.While pricy, I decided to give it a try over the injectable meds that are 5-10 times more expensive.My husband is going to give it a try now too.

This product was not successful for me. I did not notice a decrease in cravings but DID notice an increase in appetite, which was not the outcome I was hoping for. I bailed when the scale starred creeping up after 2 weeks! Reviews on the manufacturer’s site suggest that many people have benefitted from this supplement, but unfortunately I was not one of them.—Update: While I personally did not benefit from this supplement, I could not be more impressed with the manufacturer’s customer support team! In response to my review, they reached out to assist very helpfully in resolving the matter. Five stars for excellent service, y’all—thank you!

These pills are definitely an appetite suppressant, though very gentle. I've used for quite some time and they tame my hunger. It's not that you don't want to eat at all but rather temptations are more easily avoided. They are an aid, not a panacea. With that knowledge, I highly recommend!

Nearly 2 months in taking every day, no change at all. Canceling the subscription.

I have been taking this for 3 weeks now. I exercise every day and eat clean. With in days of taking I noticed an increase iny appetite,I was eating everything in sight.I don't understand how a product that claims it will depress your appetite can claim this. When I started I weighed 122 today I weigh 125.8. I have literally had to stop myself from eating to not keep gaining. If I hadn't I would of gained more. I should at the very least be loosing 1 lbs a week. Instead I'm gaining 1 lbs a week. I won't be ordering anymore . 72.00 is an outrageous price for something that doesn't work. I'm curious as to who and what weight this works for ???
