Knob does not work
Everything about this is cool. I like how it sits on my desk. I love the shortcuts for my workflow.I was hoping to map the knob to control volume but I can't get it to work. It was a good deal and not worth the hassle to send back. I use it too much!

Works on Mac too
No getting past you need windows to reassign the keys initially, but once set to different keys, it then works in Mac using keyboard maestro app to assign full featured macros. Excellent value, works perfectly.
