This model, the V8, is the best value on Amazon.It is easy to use, easy to discharge, and works so well. I have purchased two of them. One for my upstairs and one for my downstairs. That’s how happy I am with this Dyson.

Horrible customer service. Received a non-working machine. Battery will not charge. I contacted Dyson immediately after receiving the machine. They asked for additional information which I provided. It has been a month now and no resolution. Customer service did state which part should be replaced but that was 2 weeks ago. I have not received the part or heard from them in 2 weeks. Cannot review machine as I have not been able to turn it on.

Well, I've owned several of this. Dick vacs and Dyson blows them away by a mile. I am so in love with my Dyson that you'd have to pry it on my cold dead hands as Charlton Heston would say. Thank you very much. Hope this helps

On max power only last 8 minutes and if you are using for car or more than one room have animals you need the max power takes 5 hours to charge not really useful
