Prefer this type of mop to the sponge variety. Will stay with this type when having to replace in the future.

Very poor packaging
The mop and pole were very tightly wrapped in layers of plastic and then completely smothered in brown parcel tape, making it extremely difficult to unwrap. Since this meant the contents were not adequately protected en route, the pole was actually dented. Fortunately, the pole is of sufficient strength in itself, I am confident that it is still going to mop floors without buckling.
