Lovely mixed bag of gems. They are made of plastic and are bigger than I expected. We counted 104.

I bought these to.use in my garden with my 3 youngest grand children.I hide them, they find them, we ca play this for hours 😊

Whilst these gems are as expected in terms of size/ quality, I was disappointed with the range of colours and vibrancy. There were very few gems in the red/ pink range and the tones overall were not as bright as anticipate.

Happy with the purchase. Good variety of shape and colour combinations. Also received 101 pieces, so an extra gem free.The colours are good, and have a nice amount of light refraction.Only marked down a star as some have little scratches. I would give them 4.5 out of 5

Saw these as a cute novelty in passing, but felt I didn't have a legitimate use for them... Then I suddenly thought, I've been looking for something to use as trade cargo tokens for a customized TCG...These acrylic gems are just the right size for trading card game purposes. Not only do they work excellently representing trade cargo as I initially thought, we're also using them as treasure in another game and a small number of them as mystical energy crystal items to be quested for in yet another game. They serve well in all.The gems are tough enough to be shoved about, tipped into and out of containers a lot, etc. They will rest on a flat surface without rolling about, making them eminently suitable for table-top gaming.The pack I received, sadly, had only 97 gems in it - I counted twice, just to be sure. This included 8 different shapes of gem in a random assortment of 9 colours. For custom gaming purposes, the different shapes and colours can be assigned different values if using them as trade or treasure tokens, or can represent different powers if used as energy crystal tokens, etc.A potentially very useful resource for table-top gaming!

Unfortunately the pack only had 98 pieces, not 100 as described!

These are a bit of fun, 100 substantial acrylic gemstones for £6.99 at time of review. They are marketed towards children to use for “pirate’s treasure” but that’s rather limiting - why not strew them across your holiday table for a bit of seasonal bling? Or drill holes in them to make funky statement jewellery. Fill a glass bowl with them to brighten up an occasional table. Wire them onto a lamp shade. Or pop them into a jar with a string of white fairy lights for a unique lamp. You get a range of colours and shapes in this pack and whilst you won;t have to worry about anyone mistaking them for the real thing, they are bright and fun and an economical way to add a bit of extra sparkle to your home.
