This took a little longer than most Amazon purchases to arrive, but it was so worth the short wait! It worked right out of the box and my husband and I had so much fun measuring with this and then comparing the results with a more traditional measuring tape. It was accurate and could even go around curved items and moldings and such. I am so glad I purchased this tool as I think it will work for us for a long time. (Bonus - it is so small you can fit it in the small pocket of jeans or a small wallet/purse.)

An irritating gimmick.Don't get me wrong, it works, and works well, BUT to use it the way you would want to, is infuriating as can be.Let me explain. It will take running measurements, AND incremental as well, BUT if you want it to do that, you have to wait, 30 seconds between each of your incremental measurements, or the display will just keep running the total up ONLY. there should be a way to Push this measurement up to the total and reset the inc, but NOPE, THAT WOULD MAKE WAY TO MUCH SENSE! Instead it's erase everything, start over, or WAIT 30 SECONDS BETWEEN MEASUREMENTS. Ridiculous.
