I was immediately impressed when receiving these beautifully packaged clippers. They are committed to sustainability and giving back, which made me want to spread the word about them. I've told everyone in my neighborhood now 🙂 Today I tried them for the first time and found them sharp and comfortable to use. I pruned back my roses, blueberries and raspberries and it made the job a snap. Could not recommend these more!

Even tho it was past return time, Amazon refunded my money. Seller contacted me thru Amazon and offered free replacement. I accepted tho was not expecting much. I have to say these pruning shears do work well. The "hand feel" is much better than first pair received. I've used them several times over the past 2 weeks on rose canes, wild grape vines, small maple saplings and have had no problems. I've upgraded rating from 1 star to 4 stars due to performance of shears and how impressed I was with seller's Customer Service.Second time I used these pruning shears they fell apart in my hand. I felt a piece hit my glove, but who knows where it landed. Perhaps I'll find it when I clear the flower beds in the Fall, but I'm not counting on it. So extremely disappointed in GrowIt 8.5" Professional Titanium Bypass Pruning Shears. If I could have given negative star review, I would have. The first day I cut two roses from one of my bushes, first was a nice clean cut but second rose it pinched off rather than clean cut off. Second time I used them - well, you can see in the picture that the shears fell apart. What a waste of money! Horrible product!

I’ve owned many hand size pruners over the years but these have maintained the sharpness I want for all smaller pruning jobs. Well balanced, easy to lock and unlock, very durable. Highly recommend!

Quality is great. Material looks good and it feels powerful when I try it out. Even I like the package case is exquisite as I expected. Spring has come, a lot of yard works are waiting for me. And my flopper is too large to use for those small branches. It'd be so helpful for me to cut short those long thorns into small pieces to fill up my yard buckets so it can catch up our town yard waste truck season. Can't wait to use it tomorrow!!! I probably share some experience after using it here

After posting the following, the dealer refunded the cost to my credit card within a day or two and offered a free shears for "testing". I rejected that offer but do appreciate the refund. Suggested instead that they work with their supplier to improve quality control as my experience was not unique.Original review: After just an hour in the garden pruning ivy, the two-part top blade came apart and when that happens the shears refuse to work. Messed with the two adjustment screws, which were very tight, but couldn't get my adjustments to hold at all. Locking device also didn't work either. No instrctions, sent a message to support and haven't heard back yet--we'll see. From other reviewers there does seem that a certain small percent of these shears are defective right out of the box. Not expensive, and very sharp, but very poor quality control. As I bought these because my hands are arthritic and not powerful, seems unfair that I have so much trouble adjusting these pruners; can't seem to make the screws hold. Ugh. Disappointed, particularly as so many other purchasers like them. Guess I'm just unlucky.
