Seal Broken, Spilled in Bag
They sent this "luxury" scented oil refill in a ziploc bag, seal broken, piece of black plastic inside bottle. Not what I expect from a luxury brand.

Love the concept and the fragrance I purchased, but disappointed in the longevity. After just a few weeks the scent dissipates. For the price, I don't feel it is worth the investment. I found beautiful plug-in mosaic wax holders that melt wax pellets that last for many weeks.
