Very bad product
I used this gelatin to make cheesecake and used it same way as we use regular gelatin and I am very disappointed to see the outcome. Firstly it doesn’t behave like the normal gelatin as claimed by the company in Q&A section. Secondly when in spite of all that when I still proceeded with the recipe, the cheesecake didn’t set at all. It was runny. The company should come forward and share detailed method of how to use it in a cold recipe. Just by writing one single recipe on the jar doesn’t make clear the method of using it in various temperatures clear. Please CCDS show some responsibility towards your customers and give a detailed method or a video of using it especially in cold mixturesThanks

this is not at all agar agar dont get confused
this product is not agar agar powder... this is something else. agar agar powder is white in colour and after dissolve in water solution is clear. but this is a brownish powder and after dissolve water also get brown tinch. this is not at all odorless. but leaving a unpleasant smell in my dish. not satisfied at all. have to order agar agar power from another brand. wastage of money
