Ease of taking
I have a hard time absorbing my supplements which is why I prefer to take liquid supplements. I have no pro taking this because the taste is pleasant tasting and very easy to take.

Better than a pill
This was a suggestion by our cardiologist and being that the pills are huge we decided on a liquid. This was a great choice with extra benefits. I am not sure on the pain relief part however it works and tastes good too

Tastes good, better energy
My daughter likes the taste and she has had more energy since switching to this Coq10. I also give her a gel cap that I poke and squeeze the contents out of and then mix them together for better absorption.
