We got the Gotrax KS1 scooter in blue, and the color is super vibrant—my 5-year-old son loves it! The scooter has 3-level adjustable handlebar. So far the lowest one is perfect to my 4 years old daughter, then she can keep using it for years. The wheels roll very smoothly and quickly. It is easy to be set up, and everything is sturdy. The wheels light up when she play it at night. I can see her. My daughter loves it.

Bought a more expensive one for my daughter and this one is just as good! Only complaint is that the handlebars only have three heights rather than a fully customizable height. Easy to build.

Got this for my 7-year-old’s birthday and he loves it — the light-up wheels are a huge hit! It’s sturdy, smooth, and easy to ride. His 4 and 5-year-old sisters tried it too and had no trouble using it thanks to the adjustable handlebars and wide deck. Great quality and fun for a range of ages. Highly recommend!

We bought these scooters for our kids Christmas and they have been fantastic as far as scooters go with the exception of one major thing- they break within a year.Both the scooters we bought had to be replaced within a year (one of them being replaced twice in the year). They were covered within the warranty and they sent a new scooter.But then our daughters broke again right at the 1 year mark and since they had already replaced it, the warranty wasn’t valid. For the price, I wouldn’t expect it to last a lot longer than the 2 years we got out of the scooters (including the replacement)My issue is, when I messaged Customer Service about replacement parts, they provided a discount code to use to order a new scooter (there weren’t replacement parts for this scooter I guess) but the discount wouldn’t work on this scooter we were trying to replace. When I emailed them back they never responded. I’ve sent multiple emails and still no one will respond with an explanation or a valid discount code.For the price the scooter is probably worth it for a beginner scooter. But the Customer Service after the initial warrant is sorely lacking.
