Super comfy with full air flow
I broke my humerus and will be in a sling for at least 8 weeks. I put in 10 hr days 5 days a week teaching high school and needed cool comfort and this sling delivers!

2 days of minimal use and it's falling apart
Velcro separating on support strap for sling. Sling is not breathable so it gets sweaty and smelly quick... 2 days quick.The Velcro support strap and sliding shoulder pad are not user-friendly; neither is adjusting the straps. The support strap is very flimsy and the shoulder pad flips around the strap. In my opinion, this is overpriced garbage. Pay more for a quality sling. I did. Will be returning.

Look to another option
Tried 2 times and both have shoulder strap splitting withing 2 weeks. Strap appears to be 2 thin Velcro straps are glued together and when they fail separate and stretch.
