I can feel huge difference after just 1st use .... This good 1 go for it .. yes it is not dissolving completey that's the nature of pottasium... It's fine when it's giving a such an amazing result.

It has a typical sour mild salty taste. But gives good instant energy.

Only downside the flavour is over powering and it had a chemical aftertaste including the sugar ingredient stick to your tongue for long hours leaving your tongue tasteless and flavourless don’t put a full scoop in 600ml bottle put half and for 2 litre bottle put full scoop so it dilutes faster

Decent pick for moderate workouts — hydration feels solid, and it stacks well with my magnesium and protein routine.Electrolyte levels are fine, especially if your diet’s already balanced. Love that it’s sugar-free and unflavored — great for fasting.That said, mixing isn’t smooth. Still find grains hanging around, which makes it less enjoyable overall.Good value, but some brands are more effective in nutritional charts - haven't tried those yet.

What kind of electrolyte doesn't dissolve in water? How's it going to be absorbed in the body when it doesn't dissolve in water? Had to just throw it away. Waste of money

I tried this same brand’s electrolytes some years ago and didn’t like it. This is a great improvement. Wonderful to have an Indian made keto (basically zero carb) electrolyte. I’m really grateful. Tastes good in cold water. No more sugary electrolytes that increase blood sugar. I appreciate the flavoring and stevia/erythritol addition. No maltitol. No bad stuff. Thank you!

Leaves an after taste like that of vomit. :-(Somehow it doesn't blend or mix well in the water and stay on as a curdling and frothy substance at the top of the water. In fact the froth sticks so badly to the bottle that the mouth of the water bottle is full of salt particles.Also I don't get any salty taste when I drink this, so I am wondering how much Sodium is there in this.Otherwise the ingredients mentioned on the label are really good. This is one of the few that has good ratios of potassium. Many other salts don't have enough potassium which is actually very important for the body, esp when on a Keto or low-carb diet.I just wished it blended better in water and didn't curdle. Maybe next time I will go for a flavoured variant.
