I received the package of white parchment paper for kitchen use. I like this XL size as it covers the sides of my half-sheet pan. I tested it by placing small potatoes to roast in 450 degree fahrenheit oven. After roasting I lightly mashed them and poured salted garlic butter over them and back in the oven to finish.The paper never browned nor burned, and the potatoes were crispy on the bottom.My only concern is that the paper feels a bit plastic-like opposed to all other parchment I have used in the past. Most parchment feels like a thick wax paper, but this felt like plastic. It did not melt or have any odor and did not rip. Overall, it did it's job.

Was excited to find the size of parchment sheets that I needed but after first use, a real disappointment.I thought all parchment sheets were the same but not true! I have made the same cut out cookie recipe for over 15 years and never had an issue with parchment paper. When rolling between two sheets, it absorbs the butter from the dough. When baking, the same thing happened but it caused the cookies to brown very fast....even after refrigerating before baking. So disappointing! The following day, I baked again and used the Wilton parchment paper that I normally use and all was perfect. So I cannot use your product. So disappointed. Will never buy again.

These need to come in a box that allows you to pull out one at a time while keeping the rest intact and together. Sheets are great. Horrible execution
