I get many compliments on this pretty tea kettle. It heats quickly on the stove burner.

Beautiful, practical tea pot.
This Teapot in combination with a portable butane stove works fine for heating water for making hot tea or coffee during power outages here in hurricane country. A big plus is it's beautifully finished and looks like an antique pot costing much more.

Oh My Gosh...it is so beautiful
The box was damaged & placed inside another box that was not, so it didn't get damaged during shipping. Not a big deal unless you're gifting it. The item was unharmed. It also shipped a bit later than expected. Only a couple of days, but you may want to keep that in mind if ordering for a particular delivery date.OTHERWISE, it is a beautiful teapot & very durable. I've tested it...it's not going to break. I actually chose this teapot because of its durability to use as a planter for Ivy. (I had a ceramic teapot on my front porch with Ivy planted inside that a visiting critter broke) BUT after seeing this teapot & the quality, I'm going to keep it to use in my kitchen & order another to use as a planter. The lid fits perfectly. It will not fall off unless you pour tea in an exaggerated way. You shouldn't have "rust" issues unless you fail to dry the interior after use & allow it to sit wet for a long time OR possibly scratch the surface using an abrasive item to stir or clean (which you wouldn't do in a teapot anyway) SO this pot gets 5+ stars! It is absolutely beautiful & looks wonderful as decor when not in use.
