This is either the 4th or 5th system from Swann I’ve used and still use an older 16 ch system. Swann is the only one I can recommend to anyone to install and use

I bought this a compatible replacement to my old DVR. However this generation links to a new app and (Swann Security) and is not as good as the Home View App it replaced, both in terms of features and usability. I have had to reboot the DVR a couple of times for it to reconnect to the app so not impressed thus far.It does connect to Alexa and Google Home, but as is used in a vacation home I've not had opportunity to set this up/try it yet

This system is easy to install and I love the lights. But you either have to have Cloud storage or get an external hadrive.

Very disappointed in this product. You only allow 30Days to return which was not enough time to discover not only do the cameras flicker and lose connectivity but the audio is wrought with interference. Total waste of money

The cameras have vertical lines across one, however, only needed the recorder

System failure, cannot view using the app after a few months. Zmodo and Zosi system are way better and updates their unit automatically and no downloads required. No night vision on cameras.

I had Swan security for two years. They work ok until Houston had a thunder storm back in March. The power went out for five minutes. When I woke up my monitor still showing video loss. As of today my cameras still not working. I called the Swan company and I did everything they told me to do. My cameras still not working. I'm not sure if the storm blew out my cameras or what. I don't know what to do. I need help.
