Like the headline says, good while it lasted. The unit performs great...until it breaks. One of the two bulbs made a strange pop after working for 4 months. The smell of plastic filled the room and the light bulb had that black light bulb, I broke color. After airing out the house and putting in a new bulb, the new bulb doesn't light up. I think that socket may have "blown up", the light doesn't come on. I don't know if anyone else has tried to replace a bulb, but all my replacements look good, but make that broken light bulb sound. I hope this is not the case. Good thing I ordered a 2 pack, so we still have bug killing goodness. We were using only one of the bug zappers. I'll update after I get a response from my customer support email. I love that bug zapper sound...but it can get a little loud, that's how you know its working.Update 3/4/24 - Thought I was getting a refund based on my order, but somehow the communication via Amazon did not save in the "system". This company or someone in the company is a fraud. Either that or Amazon is editing their reviews. So 1 star again since it can't be lower. Also, the company asks for a video, but gmail won't allow it so I upload here. Somehow the video gets deleted. So I upload it again. We'll see if you can hear the cooked bug light in the video, if they allow it to stay posted. BEWARE FIRE HAZARD!!!Update 3/5/24 - I was too quick to judge, my bad. Company made good on the refund and did me right. That's all your can ask for. Revising review to 5 stars for the Company, but the product needs to be made better and more durable. Liba, if you come out with a revised product, send me a free one and I'll test and review it.

I bought this lamp because mosquitoes at home were already a problem, and the truth is that it has been a great purchase. From the first night I noticed a big difference. The light attracts insects and the fan catches them effectively. It is silent, easy to clean and does not use chemicals, which is a plus. I recommend it especially for rooms or small spaces. Very satisfied with the result.

Great price for an item that ACTUALLY works. It’s June 2025 and HOT in Arkansas. The flies have been insane. Placed both units in the home & flies GONE. Big win! It KILLS BUGS that interact with it on contact.

Big on the snap! We live in the South and mosquitos are rampant. We have our own mosquito season here and we needed an indoor solution. We have tried many other ones before without much success. This one, however, became one of the best for us due to their effectiveness and mighty pops warning other bugs to stay away from this household. I live on a peninsula in Texas .. we have mosquitos! I had a different unit that went out after 2 years and needed to replace it. My old unit worked wonderfully, (night and day,) but the bulb was not replaceable so I thought I'd get a more powerful unit with a replaceable bulb .. This unit was comapartively priced! It works pretty good at night but not effective during the day (I use it indoors only) I open to clean it and it does have dead mosquitos but it also has "live" bugs and mosquitos that fly off the minute its opened. My old unit would trap 50-60 mosquitos a day and kill them .. This unit I find a dozen dead bugs and about as many that fly off not killed. I see mosquitos in the house during my day, in the same room and it does not attract them .. I was going to return it but was busy and I missed the return date by a couple days. I would not recommend it .. it works but not too great.
