Easy to activate, even with weak hand strength. Stays cold 20-25 minutes. A little smaller than expected, only 3in x 4.75in. ( which is why I took one point off.)

It works. Not quite as cold as ice in a baggie, but it is close. and It only lasts for 30 minutes or so, so you don't have to worry about overdoing it.

Doesn’t get super cold like others I’ve used. But will work in a quick pinch
