I had the cheaper, noisier version of these and worked out great with it. I ordered this, as the other one just made a ton of noise, making it hard to work out in the evening.I had high hopes for this - the packaging and the presentation of the item, the bag and everything else was flawless.The only thing is, I can't use it! I'm using all the extensions, and the roller seems to snag at every clip which really, really slows it down to the point of it not being usable.It should be a bit more free flowing than it is, and looking at the design, I feel like without the extensions it probably would be a little smoother, as it snags due to the way it's expanding the joints. The only problem is, the extensions are needed, otherwise it doesn't fit my waist.

So much better than the last hoop I bought. Its so much quieter and very smooth running, the fastening is a lot safer no chance of it flying off. If it does catch as it spins its because of your posture or you need to take a link out . Extra bonus that you can change the weight to be lighter if you want

This hoop is great. It is pretty tricky to get it right but it does seem to be working it’s magic, so who am I to argue? Would definitely recommend.

Well packed item in its own case & the counter would be a good idea if the product worked correctly.Despite many attempts, the weighted belt does not run through the hoop very easily. It was constantly getting jammed and needed to be realigned so at try to use it again.Returned for a refund and will look for an alternative that doesn't use the same method.

I like that is a low noise smart hula hoop and that you cab adjust the intensity of the weight. Can you buy more weights separately for this hoop?
