I've used a lot of artificial tears - this out performs even some of the more expensive options. Preservative free is great because you can use it as much as you need (typically preservative formulations are up to 4 times a day ). Works well with soft contact lenses with minimal blurring of vision and feels very refreshing. Also doesn't leave any white residue on your eyelashes, which can hapen sometimes with milky formulations. Overall my favorite one options.

Works wonders while healing from lasik. Definitely makes it easy on the healing process and soothes the dryness. Its preservative free. Would give it a 5 but the tip is a little obnoxious.

These are the best eye drops I have found. They give a lot of relief for dry eyes, but are not too greasy or blurry. Usually vision clears back up pretty quickly after using them. They also don't burn or sting, and are easy to dispense. The only downside I have found is that they can begin to grow some green stuff under the lid after a few months of being open, I am guessing because they have no preservatives. Once that happens I throw them out as I don't want to risk putting whatever that is into my eyes. I think this may just be the price you pay for having no preservatives in the product, so can't fault the eyedrops for this.

These are preservative free (PF) so if you haven't had them before, you might be surprised. PF eye drops are a bit thicker so they are VERY moisturizing. Unlike other eye drops which you should only use up to 4 times a day, you can use these more. It doesn't have a pointed end for the drops to come out of (also a PF thing so it doesn't touch your eye and risk contamination). Very soothing and effective. This price is slightly better than most drugstores so it's a great value for the money.

I need the comfort from these drops and they have become a necessity when I’m wearing contacts. I keep a bottle in my Jeep, my backpack, and in my bathroom. They are in a small bottle and easy to carry in your pocket too as needed. The color of the drops is clear when it comes out of the bottle and that is how my eyes feel after using them.
