Anyone who buys Ryobi battery-powered yard equipment knows that there is no such thing as a valid 2hr or 4 hr battery life. They are painfully short on time-to-charge and very (imho) expensive.I tried these generic batts and for the 3 months or so, I've had them I've been very pleased. I use them weekly and charge them overnight. The 40 volt version claims 6 hrs and, like the Ryobi, that's nowhere near accurate either. Still, they last much longer than the 4hr version from Ryobi and the cost is significantly lower. I'll be buying more. Battery power is more convenient, less smelly/messy, than gas-powered lawn equipment, and is great for smaller jobs.Stay Healthy!Kevin from Austin, TX

I just purchased these during the fall season. My ryobi leaf blower lasts about 20 minutes and after a couple years of taking about 3-4 charges I decided it was time to get more batteries to get the job done quicker. These charged well with the ryobi charger. However, it was a pain to make the rotation to charge all 3 (my original and these two) so I ended up getting a dual charger so each batter has a charging bay. I’m pretty happy with these. The original seems to have more “power” than these but they last about the same time. I can do my yard now in a little over an hour (I have a big yard and walk with a cane). I also use this for my ryobi weedwacker as well with similar results. Great to have the convenience of more batteries. And at the price of these for two … I’d buy it again.

The overall dimensions of the generic, replacement, battery, is smaller/thinner. The recharge rate is more robust if indeed it has the same overall output/longevity; still not yet known to me. The expense of lithium batteries was a surprise, hence my inclination to buy this generic vs. the name brand.A fuller review can be taken as "pending" until such time as I have actually tested, by use in my mower, the replacement batteries and compare them to the original brand name.

Good price fit my blower and charger, but battery life is only about 45 min.

Well, I checked reviews on these batteries prior to purchasing and pretty much saw that they lasted a lot longer, well I purchased 2 and they last about 15 minutes on the push mower when the older batteries I had for 2 years lasted 30 minutes so I am truly upset but at this point I'm just going to keep them and use them as back up and use the older ones for now until I find better ones that actually work. Weight wise they are half the weight of the original batteries but charge wise they don't last at all.

Got at end of the season but appear to be as good as OE. Will see how they work next spring.

I doubt the veracity of the claim that these are 6mah. They dont run nearly as long as the manufacturer battery, the product's physical dimensions are smaller(?), and the battery somehow also charges faster... using the same charger.(???) SO, without the "6mah" stickers, I would guess these are probably closer to 4mah based upon smaller size, reduced performance, and reduced charge time.

These batteries are lighter than the Ryobi battery and last twice as long. Charged on the Ryobi charger base with no issues.
