This has been around for years! I started using it again after not having used it in over 10 years. Works like a charm every time. I add melatonin and actually sleep for 6-9 hours!

I swear by this natural sleep aid. Helps me fall asleep and remain asleep. No grogginess on the next day and no danger of addiction.

I only take 1 of these, and it helps me to fall asleep quickly, especially when I have a lot on my mind. It also helps me to get a deep sleep. I have not tried taking more than one of these, but maybe I should. The majority of the time that I take these I will wake up after about 4 hours and be wide awake. It concerns me to be so awake, but I should probably try taking 2 or 3. One of the reasons that I don't take more than 1 is that a lot of times, it will give me such a deep sleep with some very emotional dreams. I'm not sure how having 2 tablets would affect me. Some nights when I wake up, I take another and fall back asleep. I do feel groggy the next morning though if I'm taking one of these in the middle of the night.

Easy takes me to sleep with just 1 tablet. Relaxes well too.

The product arrived, but it was left at a different point than agreed upon. Excellent quality, just as it appears in the picture.

Our research sleep medication for a good two days and came across these and another type. The reviews were so good and seeing as we buy other stuff from hylands I'd give it a go. I took one and after a hour I took another. At 2am I was woken out of my sleep body numb , dizzy and feeling as I was having a panic attack or a heart attack. I don't take anything out of the ordinary besides my normal multivitamin ans medication and was in bed at a decent time. This was the last thing I took before going to bed. My suggestion is to research the ingredients before buying as everyone's body is different.
