I have used this sleep aid for over 20 years because it helps with a sound sleep without any side effects, or nightmares or stomach issues, which is perfect for me since I have intolerances to most medications and drugs. I highly recommend it.

I always buy these homeopathic supplement/pills. I use them to help me with nerves, anxiety, and sleep. I've been buying them consistently for awhile now. I like the calming effect they have on me and help me fall asleep. If sometimes people might wonder if homeopathic things work, well they do! I'll never use another brand other than Hyland's for homeopathic supplements. This is a healthier option imo for a sleeping pill as well for anyone having sleeping problems.

I began taking Calms Forte before putting my Cpap on each night. I now sleep calmly all through the night.

I only take 1 of these, and it helps me to fall asleep quickly, especially when I have a lot on my mind. It also helps me to get a deep sleep. I have not tried taking more than one of these, but maybe I should. The majority of the time that I take these I will wake up after about 4 hours and be wide awake. It concerns me to be so awake, but I should probably try taking 2 or 3. One of the reasons that I don't take more than 1 is that a lot of times, it will give me such a deep sleep with some very emotional dreams. I'm not sure how having 2 tablets would affect me. Some nights when I wake up, I take another and fall back asleep. I do feel groggy the next morning though if I'm taking one of these in the middle of the night.

I struggle with insomnia since having children, this does help me fall asleep and I like that it is homeopathic.

Works well for me

I love Hyland's products. They work well and are easy to swallow/take. I just wish they weren't so expensive!
