Great for in home physical therapy.
Recently my Mommy had a stroke and lost mobility in her legs and feet. I saw the PT and OT in the hospital using this to help move her and administer therapy. While carings for my Mommy at home, this gait belt helped me to support her body weight without her falling or me hurting my back. A must have for physical therapy.

Don’t waste money
Would not recommend this product to anyone my wife had a stroke. I put it on her to help her walk up the stairs. As soon as it put the clip on it broke, and now I have to take my time to go to FedEx to send it back when I pay for Amazon prime or I can pay seven dollars to ship it back which is half the price of the product. Free shipping to me, but but broke product and I have to pay to ship it back. Probably not gonna be using Amazon anymore.
