DEFECTIVE LAPTOP
1. The laptop emits a loud noise while operating, which is completely intolerable.2. It has repeatedly crashed with system errors, rendering it entirely unusable.3. Furthermore, the battery drains to half its capacity in just 15 minutes, which is outrageous for a device of this nature.I expect a prompt resolution to these serious problems. I urge you to take this matter seriously and respond without delay.
