I recently picked up a DJI Osmo Action 3 kit and wanted a way to take it with me on my travels without having to worry about it getting damaged. I also didn't want to spend a ton of money for something that would be overkill. The GWCase is perfect to fit both needs but it's not perfect.The case is pretty large at about a foot long and the outer shell is made of semi-rigid material. If you put pressure in the center of the case, there is some flex but the outer edges are rigid. Inside there is a zippered pocket that runs the length of the case to hold cables and other small accessories. The other side is a sheet of foam with two cutouts; one for the camera and one for the multi-battery charging case. The foam is cut out exactly the right size so there is ZERO movement from either piece of equipment.The foam itself is the exact same thickness of the camera. The one problem with that is that in the area where the camera sits, the foam have no padding under the camera. One side of the camera is going to sit against the outer shell. I am going to cut some foam I have laying around to create some padding but it's something that should have been there to begin with. The cutout for the battery case does have extra padding as it is thinner compared to the camera.If you are looking for a good, protective case for your expensive camera equipment, this is a great choice. Is it perfect, no, but it is 90% of the way. It holds your camera and battery firmly and will offer pretty good protection from drops and from being banged around in a bag or suitcase all at a great price.

Charger & camera fit perfect. But the only thing that's wrong in "my" opinion is, that there is no thin cushion for the underside of the camera between it and the hardcase. But there is for the charger side. Think that would be just the opposite. Protect the camera more than the charger. But it was an easy fix to cut a thin layer from the block of foam you remove from the camera slot/opening. Even though it works perfect it gets 4 stars for that reason.

No place to put the action camera

Products fit as advertised, but the actual construction of the case is less heavy duty than I would have liked.

Oh yeah it is cheap but in my opinion it shouldn’t feel that way. It does work.
