Thus stuff has blown my mind.I don't get lurgies very often. I do my very best to avoid them. I hatters being ill!Bbecause when I get the lurgie, I get it to extreme levels.So I'm full of gunk now, it finally caught up with me. No tablets touching the gunk in my face. I have been mouth breathing, I'm bloated with air in my belly along with feeling pants cause my nose was no longer working.Then I remembered I had bought this stuff... so I rummaged around in the draw and found it. (Purchased 6 months ago, in date all good). Sprayed up the nose and within two minutes I'm breathing like normal!!!It's like some sort of voodoo magic, it's actually works.I won't be over using it. It does last a long time... not quite 8 hours, but guess depends how bad the lurgies are initially as to how long they will work for in a 24 hour period.10/10 do recommend, worth the money, has a good shelf life, works virtually instantly.

I started using this as one of my medications I used to take blocked up my sinuses every night. It is really affective and better than the decongestant tablets. However, be careful as your nose becomes addicted to it after a couple of weeks or often less. When as soon as you stop, the rebound congestion is far worse than it ever was. It says not to use for more than a week on the box but it doesn't really give a proper explanation as to why, even on the leaflet. It was on the news lately that frequent continued use of nose sprays containing xylometazoline or oxymetazoline will cause rebound congestion and potentially damage the nasal passages.

It's that time of year when the start of a 6-7 month period of having a constant blocked nose because heating does not agree with me. My office is hideously hot, extremely uncomfortable and not being able to breathe out of my nose makes me feel even worse. When I get home I try to leave the heating off for as long as I can because my nose unblocks itself by the time I travel the ten minutes home, and despite this stuff being a godsend I don't want to rely on constantly spraying it up my nose on a daily basis. However, when it's just too cold and I have to turn it on again, nose is blocked again as soon as the room starts warming up. So I have to use it again then anyway.Daily use twice a day (it does last for a good 6-8 hours per one spray up each nostril), is not where I want to be but for the sake of being able to breathe through my nose and constant congestion and sinus pain, I'll take it. Absolute game changer. Does give a bit of a weird slighting numbing sensation at the start of the sinuses, but again, I'll take it over constant sniffing and blocked ears from so much sniffing to try and clear it

I can sleep at night with no dry mouth or sleep apnea or snoring best thing I've discovered for keeping your nose clear I would recommend.
