Q: What are the dimensions for this please?

I have mine in situ at present not sure of the dimensions but it fits my National hive perfectly and recommended I can measure for you next time I am at the apiary if that helps

Q: will this fit a 21x21 inch national?

I've never heard of a 21" national? The floor is 18x18.

Q: Can I put a corex sheet in, will it slot/hold without the plywood?

Yes but you might find it easier to paint or white wash ply or cover with some think whit for inspection. You could lay corex on top ply if yhin enough to do so or take ply out and put corex in and glue batten to it to aid pulling out and closing gap

Q: Is this floor fully assembled and if not are the nails/screws included please?

Assembled and ready for use. I added couple of pins to stop th entrance block from pushing in too far.
