We bought this and its companion products to replenish our commercial dishwasher. It was delivered quickly, easy to use, and clearly colored coded for safety. Due to the potency of the concentrate, it might be best mixed outdoors and with a mask.

This was a wonderful find. Works great in my restaurant dish machine at a fraction of the cost of what I had been using. What a great savings.

Even after mixing properly, I could not get a test strip to register anything even close to 50ppm. No idea why. The other Active Element products (detergent and rinse) seem to work just fine, but I never did get the sanitizer to the proper concentration and went back to my previous (and more expensive) restaurant supply company's product.

The product does the job it is intended for very easily.
