Like the color like the foam does what it's supposed to do make sure you wear gloves it really stains

I used to use this product and had forgotten how well it works. I'm glad I ordered it again

I really liked the color it gave me.. I applied to my whole head because I always wanted to know how I would look as a brunette but I washed it out 2 hours later and was disappointed to see my hair was not the same color of blonde as before. It left some reddish/pink tint to it and it was very noticeable. As if I had dyed my hair pink recently and it was washed out. I was in a panic because if you are blonde you understand the stress of anything messing with your color! I washed my hair once, dried it and saw the color had not completely came out.. washed it again immediately and nothing changed so I took baking soda & selsun blue (dandruff shampoo) and mixed it together and left that on my hair for about 12 minutes. How relieved I was to see that I didn’t get left with that color on my hair. Liked the product for what it’s worth but not the stress of not being able to completely get the tint off.

I decided to go gray a few years ago, and while I am happy to no longer be a slave to hair color, I am not altogether happy with my salt and pepper hair. -I was hoping for Emmy Lou Harris hair, but unfortunately, I think it looks more like a Schnauzer's hair!Anyway, I first tried the liquid version of this in Chocolate Kiss, and I wasn't happy with it. It was messy, took forever to dry, and it just sort of added a little brown toning effect to my hair. I was hoping for full gray coverage with no commitment, and that is not what I got. I did like the styling effects though; my hair looked smoother, shinier and was easier to style.Anyway, I ordered the mousse version in 'Bashful Blonde', thinking that I could get the styling benefits without the mess or the long drying time. I wasn't really expecting it to do anything for my color because of the light shade. Anyway, I am really pleased. I DO get color from this; My graying hair looks like I had professional low lights and hi lights added it to it. It still looks gray, but a pretty gray with expensive looking special effects.The mousse is much less messy than the liquid. It does still make drying time longer though. I get around this by not following directions. Rather than just towel drying, I dry my hair until slightly damp before applying. After I apply it, I work it through and then continue styling with the dryer.

I use Fanciful liquid but it's messy. So, I was excited to try the mousse version. No matter how vigoursly I shook the container it still came out a runny liquid. This stuff is quite expensive, certainly not worth the money. It's non-returnable so I'm out the money. I will look for another product and will not be buying again.

I admit....all the negative reviews scared me. I am new to this product. I am growing out my natural silver/white from colored hair which was black and red. So when my beautician lightened up my hair she advised me to pick up this product to help tone the process of bleaching out my dyed color. I like this stuff a lot! I have a short haircut so I just used about a golf-ball sized amount at first...especially not knowing what'll happen, I was cautious. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had a lot of volume after blow drying! And the mousse deepened and enriched the bleached hair to a nice color! It didn't fully cover my white/silver outgrowth but that's ok....I am new to this product and now that I know it's not going to turn my hair purple or anything weird like that I will concentrate more along the roots and have fun with this product. Do not let the negative reviews scare you. This product is just fine! Follow the directions and you'll be happy like me!

I used this product for awhile and was relatively happy with the ease and coverage. But... I couldn't figure out why my bathroom was always 'dirty'... small, brownish thread-like flecks all over the place... in every crevice.Then I realized it was from this product. I tried using a smaller amount, but the 'dirt' would not go away. This was making me crazy.I stopped using this, thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, and no more 'dirt'. (I do recall reading about this 'dirt' phenomena in a review prior to my first purchase, but just filed it away for future reference...)Just switched to the non-mousse version of this product (which comes in more colors) and am much happier.

Great product but hard to get, color is great and easy to use, the company should restock in large quantities
